REQUIREMENTS
Although it is not required, we highly recommend each client schedule a consultation or discuss via email with Melanin Marketing first to have a clear full understanding of their vision for their design(s).
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround Time is 7-14 Business Days (this does not include the revision stage or shipping timeframes). All orders purchased on Friday or over the weekend will begin that following Monday.
REVISION STAGE
Revisions can take up to 1-6 business days or more depending on the depth of the revision.
Once you have submitted all of your revisions in your package and your project is emailed, made live/published, or logo files emailed over, the remaining revisions in which you did not use EXPIRE immediately.
