Slutty Vegan, founded by visionary entrepreneur Pinky Cole-Hayes, is a bold and unapologetic vegan restaurant brand with a cult-like following. When the brand launched a social media contest to design their new breakfast bag, we jumped at the opportunity to bring our creativity to the table.
Our design was selected as one of the finalists and went head-to-head in a public vote where the audience chose my bag as the winning design. After tying with another finalist, Slutty Vegan challenged us to extend our creativity to a breakfast cup design. We developed a cup concept that complemented the winning bag, and once again, our work was selected, ultimately making us the overall contest winner.
In addition to the official packaging designs, we created a series of passion projects, including promotional posters and a branded food truck concept. While not commissioned, these designs were created to showcase how Slutty Vegan’s visual identity could extend across multiple platforms, maintaining the same bold, unapologetic energy the brand is known for.
The final result is packaging and brand applications that not only resonated with Slutty Vegan’s fiercely loyal fan base but also demonstrated how thoughtful design can enhance product launches, marketing, and overall customer experience.
